Are you looking for a unique venue to celebrate a special occasion, host a dinner party or plan a corporate event?  Farm House Local, located at 25 Ward Street in Larkspur, offers private event space and in-house catering with indoor seating and a private outdoor patio. The Farm House Local chef, David Monson, offers everything from delicious hors d’oeuvres to a savory buffet, to an elegant sit down dinner using the best available local products meticulously sourced from our Bay area purveyors.  We offer a wide range of wine and beer selections, with special discounted event pricing, or provide your own beverages for a nominal bartending fee. 

Rental Rates and Suggested Menu Pricing:

Restaurant Rental: $500.00 for 4 hours ($125.00 per hour thereafter),
Wine, Beer and Other Beverages: Charged on consumption with discounted pricing,
Bartending Fee (charged only on guest-provided beverages): $300.00, includes stemware

Passed Hors d'oeuvres and Platters: From $55 per guest,
Buffet Dinner: From $70 per guest,
Family Style Dinner: From $75 per guest,
Plated Dinner Service (3 courses): From $80 per guest,

*Add passed hors d'oeuvres and or dessert to any dinner service for an additional $5 - $10 per guest.

We do not charge a cleaning fee, set-up fee or any other administrative fee for your event. Rental equipment, not available at the restaurant, will be charged at-cost and will be picked up and delivered free-of-charge for your convenience.

To complete a booking with Farm House Local, please submit a $500 deposit in form of check payable to Farm House Local. Please mail or deliver to 25 Ward Street, Larkspur CA 94939. Final payment due at event conclusion.
